Established in 1893, our 18-hole, par 72 parkland golf course has garnered a renowned reputation for its well-maintained greens and high quality course.
Located near the historical market town of Oundle, which features a range of individual stores and a hotel steeped in Elizabethan history, one of our club sponsors, the club offers something to all levels of golfers and provides a great atmosphere for dining and hiring out venues.
We have even been acknowledged by Today’s Golfer and often receive glowing reviews.
- Oundle Golf Club is a members owned golf club, affiliated to:
- England Golf
- The Ladies Golf Union
- Northamptonshire Golf Ltd
- The Midland Golf Union
- We adopted the equality policy of the England Golf Union in 2001.
- We have Safe Golf Accreditation (March 2021) – this means that Oundle Golf Club has met the standards set by England Golf and share the mission to “Safeguard the Welfare of Children and Young People as well as Adults at Risk ensuring that all people have a fun, safe and positive experience of the sport of golf”
- The Club operates golfers’ handicaps under the rules and guidance of the World Handicap System
- There are Mens, Womens, Mixed, Seniors and Junior sections with each section running regular competitions for Club Members.
- We also host a number of Annual Opens in all categories, for example the popular Oundle Putter (Men’s Pairs competition).
- In addition to golf events the Club regularly hosts social activities in the recently refurbished bar and restaurant.
